Dena Winter is a Brooklyn-based artist, production designer, and prop stylist.

Her body of work includes films, television, theater, photography, and video art. Dena’s practice often focuses on the sensual qualities of materials, with a preference for the handmade. She makes custom props, furniture, and clothing. 


Select clients include Angostura, Bare Minerals, Hunger Magazine, Interview Magazine, Keys Soulcare, KU:S Beauty, Patrón Tequila, Susan Alexandra, Terra Chips, VICE, and Zip. Her work has been published in Art21, Dazed, Interview, i-D, The IN Magazine, and T Magazine.

Dena previously worked as a digital artist under the moniker May Waver and in 2014 she co-founded Cybertwee, an art and technology collective.
